We will be meeting in the Minnie Howard cafeteria and will have two hands-on activities: 1) we will be compiling postcards for new voters in Alexandria from this past January and 2) from 7-8PM, we will be making phone calls for Eileen Filler-Corn. Eileen is the Democratic candidate for Virginia’s 41st House of Delegates’ seat; this is a special election to fill Sen. Dave Marsden’s old seat. The election is on Tuesday, March 2, so our calls on Monday night will be very important. We will provide the call sheets and scripts, though please bring your own cell phone to make the calls.. The meeting will also take place in the cafeteria, and there will be sitting by precinct. Please retrieve your name badge.
