18th Century Dance Lessons
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm, 18th Century Dance Lessons at Gadsby's Tavern, 138 North Royal Street, Alexandria. Participants can prepare for the Jane Austen ball on August 14 with instruction from dance master Corky Palmer. Community Meeting on Revised King Street Metrorail Station Improvements
7:00 – 8:30 pm, Community Meeting on Revised King Street Metrorail Station Improvements at the Sister Cities Conference Room 1101, City Hall, 3010 King Street, Alexandria. Residents are invited to attend an information meeting regarding improvements to access at the King Street Metrorail station. WMATA and the City of Alexandria developed a preliminary design for a set of improvements, which has now been revised, and all improvements will be presented at the meeting.
