  • Developer-Led Community Meeting On Beauregard Corridor Small Area Plan

    1:00 - 5:00 pm, Developer-led Community Meeting On Beauregard Corridor Small Area Plan, at Ramsey Elementary School, 5700 Sanger Avenue, Alexandria. JBG Properties, the owner of approximately 160 acres that mostly Beauregard and Sanger, is hosting a community meeting to obtain community input in advance of developing more detailed long-term master-plans for their site as part of the City’s Small Area Plan process. The agenda for this meeting will include an optional walking tour of the property, discussion of new urbanism and plan concepts, team introduction, site analysis (review of existing conditions), and community comments and input.
