The meeting will include the City Manager’s presentation of the Proposed Annual Operating Budget for FY 2011 (including Schools), Calendar Year 2010 Real Property Assessments, and the Proposed Capital Improvement Program for FY 2011-2020. The two budget work sessions initially planned for February 10 and February 16 will both be held following the legislative meeting on February 16.
