  • Felting Accessories Workshop Session 1

    7:00 - 9:00 pm, Session 1, Felting Accessories Workshop at the Del Ray Artisans' Gallery, 2704 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria. Learn how to turn those ruined, moth-ridden garments into felt, and how to turn the felt into fabulous fashion accessories like felted flowers, bags and scarves. Sewing machine usage and some trim materials will be provided. $40 for DRA members / $45 for non-members. Registration is limited to 12. Help GWEN celebrate women's history month and attend the annual fundraiser. The featured keynote speaker is Congresswoman Debbie Waserman Schultz (D. FL 20th District), Democratic National Vice Committee Chair and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee for Incumbent Retention.
